Ordering

By placing an order through this store, you offer to purchase the selected products. The order is confirmed once the store accepts it.

Prices & payment

All prices shown are gross retail prices in EUR and include statutory German VAT (Umsatzsteuer) at the rate applicable to each product (currently 7% for takeaway food and 19% for beverages and on-site consumption, unless stated otherwise). The applicable VAT rate and amount are shown on your order confirmation and invoice.

Changes to VAT rates

If the statutory VAT rate applicable to our products changes after an order is placed but before it is fulfilled, we reserve the right to adjust the gross price accordingly to reflect the new rate, in line with applicable law. Any such adjustment will be shown transparently on your invoice.

Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates. The store will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time.

Right of withdrawal

Please refer to the store's cancellation policy communicated at checkout or contact the store directly for questions about returns and cancellations.
